afternoon tea是下午茶的意思
英文中的eat/ have都可以表示吃的意思，使用是有不同含义的。eat表示吃的动作，后面可以接吃的东西的内容。而have一般和早餐breakfast，午餐lunch，晚餐dinner和所有餐食的总称meal连用，have a meal表示吃一顿饭。茶如果当做液体来说一般我们会用drink，drink a cup of tea喝一杯茶，但是下午茶一般都会搭配点心来吃，而不是单纯的喝茶，所以用eat 和have也无可厚非，have更好一点，eat有点chinglish的感觉。

Either in the warm southern mountain area or on the frozen northern grassland, stuff like Gongfu tea, buttered tea and milk tea are all among the favorite drinks. Furthermore, both ancient and modern Chinese people tend to indulge in elaborating on poems, essays, dances and dramas on the tea.
The Chinese people, in their drinking of tea, place much significance on the act of savoring. Savoring tea is not only a way to discern good tea from mediocre tea, but also how people take delight in their reverie and in tea-drinking itself. That is all.
