按照国家人事部的有关统计预测，我国今后几年内急需人才主要有以下8大类：以电子技术、生物工程、航天技术、海洋利用、新能源新材料为代表的高新技术人才；信息技术人才；机电一体化专业技术人才；农业科技人才；环境保护技术人才；生物工程研究与开发人才；国际贸易人才；律师人才.
Meizhou city as one of the best ecological tourist city of China, and the Pearl River Delta and other developed areas have obvious advantage of backwardness. The main economic indicators of Meizhou city in this paper are compared and analyzed, a simple analysis of the industrial structure of Meizhou, revealed the existence of the economic development of Meizhou region and other parts of the gap. Analysis by the presence of Meizhou tea industry, put forward the scientific and reasonable suggestions for its development. From a practical point of view, in the premise of protecting the ecological environment of Meizhou, the development of tea industry in Meizhou as the basis, to build a ecological tourism as the focus of the green industry system, build a small town with Meizhou's characteristics, to promote economic development, walk out of a characteristic green rise road.
